The organising team of UN 75 Global Conversation 2020 is looking for volunteers to help organise this unforgettable global event that will take place in Tallinn in October (date TBC) 2020. Everyone willing to contribute their time, skills, experience and good will are welcome to join us as a volunteer. The working languages of the meeting are English, Estonian and French.
- Participants and Volunteers manager– head of the entire volunteers team. Required experience in organizing international events and previous experience with volunteering and organizing volunteering.
- Registration Desk Officers– a staff member responsible for registration of participants and their guidance.
- Web Designers– a staff member responsible for assisting with the web content, logos and images required,
- Head of Trainers and Facilitator– responsible for all issues relates with Trainers and Facilitators (also in charge of making a list of trainings and facilitators for skills workshops and working groups)
- Communication Manager– responsible for assisting with information and communication between all units. Also updating info on Web. Experience preferred.
Foreign volunteers:
The organising team will propose free accommodation and food from in October 2020, fun activities, and a possible co-funding of travel cost to Estonia.
