Transnational partners and experts meeting “Together towards green, sustainable and digital society”

10-12th of June 2022, Göteborg, Sweden

The main goal of the transnational partner and experts meeting is to contribute to the process of development of educational toolkit and web-resource, by collecting materials, best practices and new methodologies for adult learners and hearing adults & vulnerable groups own thoughts, ideas and experiences of on themes related with sustainable development.
Meeting will focus themes: climate change, sustainable lifestyle, sustainable development education for vulnerable groups adult learners and civil society. Also meeting designed to evaluate a feedback from workshop session for target groups and meeting of partners and experts who will work on development educational toolkit and web-resource as main practical outcome of the project.

Project meeting results:

– Collected materials for educational toolkit and web-resource; – Conducted editorial team meeting

– Experts discussions on main challenges of the project themes for NGO education and vulnerable groups.

– Discussed all project farther upcoming events.

10.30 – 11.00 Living sustainably – dilemma, transformation and what can we do? (Expert: Vassili Golikov)
11.00 – 13.00 Toolkit and Webpage development – part I (experts split on 3 working groups to contribute
in creation a Training Manual (each group is replaying the questions and proposing content): Step 1: Define
your audience… / Step 2: Plan your content… / Step 3: Determine content presentation format… / Step 4:
Develop your content… Step 5: Gather materials that work in your countries for adult learners.

14.00 – 16.00 Editorial meeting of educational Toolkit (table of content, Part I )
16.00 – 16.30 Workshop conducted by Burgårdens Gymnasium and summary of the day

10.00 – 11.00 Education for sustainable development from the perspective of vulnerable groups (group
discussions)
11.00 – 12.00 Practical development of the educational toolkit in working groups
GROUP 1: Editorial of education toolkit (editing existing materials and setting final structure)
GROUP 2: Selection of best gathered educational materials (general content, best practices/exercises )
12.00 – 13.00 Presentation of working group results (20 min per group)
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
14.00 – 15.00 Editorial meeting of educational Toolkit – part II
15.00 – 16.00 Sharing best practices, experience and existing tools and publishing them on webpage.
Each organization needs to present at least:
1 best practices on adults learning on SDGs
1 experience story (What works with adult learners when we talk about SDGs)
1 existing tool that he/she used in their own work for promotion of Sustainable development to adult
learners and young people. .
